The warranty guarantees that the paint will not crack, chip or peel.  The warranty covers only flacking chipping and peeling .  The warranty does not cover accidental damage, structural shrinkage or distortion of structure, vandalism, hail, fire, tornado, windstorm, earthquakes, lightning, fumes or vapors, acts of God, misuse or abuse of the product or material, mildew accumulationm, moss, impact of foreign objects, normal weathering, caustic atmospheric conditions, lack of proper cleaning, or any other causes beyond our control. If during the warranty period the painted steel coil (gutter) fails to perform in accordance with the above mentioned standards, (MRG) will upon notification and validation of the complaint by physical inspection, either repair, replace or refinish, at it's option, the defective product, without charge to the original property owner(s).
